04. Siding Replacement: Timing & Scope

A full siding replacement can take 2–4 weeks depending on project size, material delivery, and approvals. For Portland homeowners, we recommend James Hardie 8 1/4" lap siding. Partial replacement of 1–2 sides can take 1–2 weeks, including demo, subsheeting, body wrap, and weatherization.
